Scott Simmons

Prior to becoming a principle partner at Clear Constructors, LLC, Scott worked successfully as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent for several large general contractors. Scott has almost 25 years of experience in the construction industry having overseen the successful construction of various types of projects including retail/mixed use, corporate & medical office, multi-family, senior living, industrial/warehouse, and healthcare. Scott’s primary role at Clear Constructors, LLC is coordinating all jobsite activities with a focus on reviewing and enforcing the construction schedule, project documentation, quality control, and safety to ensure successful projects.
